is educated as a lawyer at University of Uppsala
and as political scientist at University of Umea.

Continued education..... I
think it is important for everyone in every time
to continue her or his education. As manner of
fact we learn as long as we lives! However, we
can never learn to much. As you can see from my
CV I have gone a lots of courses mainly in
managment and leadership.
Experience

Work I
have worked as
Notarius Publicus in the County of Norrbotten,
Judge at the Court of Haparanda, Director of
administration for a Sami national association, Head of research-department at Nordic Sami
Institute, Director for Sami Parliament and
now as a researcher of law concerning Indigenous People.

Assignments Lars
Nila has had several missions for
international organisations like
Advisor to the Fund
First Nation in USA, Vice president of International Association of Indigenous Jurists
(IAIJ) USA, Member of Administrative board of
Barents Council, and missions also for national State
authorities as for example Ministry of
Foreign Affairs, Ministry of
Justice, Ministry of Agriculture, and have been expert in several
State commissions.

international and national projects and
programmes of projects.

Will the year
2007
be the 400 years breakthrough?The latest genealogy research about the family Lasko shows
tracks 377 years back in time from the youngest in the family
Lasko, Gunnar Lasko, to the 12:th generation back in time. There are no detailed information
about the 12:th generation back in time, except that his name is
Nils Tjaank, born around 1630 and probably from Northern Arjeplog in Northern Sweden.
Everything
indicates that year 2007 will be the 400 years breakthrough in
genealogical research about family Lasko.
